Registration and Payment
Once you receive an acceptance letter from our organizing committee, the registration process begins. You have to complete the following three steps.
Step1 – Submit Registration Fee
Registration Fee includes:
• Participation in the programme
• Lunch and coffee breaks
• International book publication of original papers, accepted for publication
• Conference accessories (nametag and badges)
• Conference Booklet
• Certificate of Participation

Presenter 260 Euro
Participation in Absentia 260 Euro
Listener/ Co-author 260 Euro
Early Bird Registration 230 Euro
Friend/ Family of Participant 50 Euro
Young Researcher Scholarship
(Only for Students/ Research Scholars) FREE (Limited to 2 Seats Only)

Step 2 – Make your payment.
Step 3 – Email Payment Evidence: Send a copy of your registration payment evidence to conference secretariat.
Cancellation/Refund Policies
1. Where the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her place to another person then the following refund arrangements apply:
2. Registrations cancelled more than 60 days before the event will be refunded 50% of the registration fees.
3. Registrations cancelled less than 30 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.
4. In the event that printed proceedings have been ordered and the participant is unable to attend, additional postage charges may be applied.

Kindly find the appropriate registration fees on the registration page of our website. You may register from one of the following options:

You may send money through your bank directly to our bank account. Please note that additional charges apart from the registration fees are borne by the participant.
Please send the ‘Payment Evidence/ Payment Proof’ by an Email at info@ipie2018.org so that, we may track the payment, and register your candidature.
